Julien Baker appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden Wednesday (April 7), performing “Favor” from her new album Little Oblivions. She also chatted to the host about her tour plans for the fall, as well as her multi-instrumental prowess—her next goal, she joked, is to master the trombone. Take a look below.

Little Oblivions follows 2017’s Turn Out the Lights. Between those projects, Baker joined Lucy Dacus and Phoebe Bridgers in boygenius. The trio released their self-titled EP in 2018, and later joined Paramore’s Hayley Williams on her petals for armor track “Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris.”

Earlier this year, Baker brought “Hardline” to Late Night with Seth Meyers and released a cover of Radiohead’s “Everything in Its Right Place” for a Sirius XMU session.
