It remains to be seen if the NBA will host its annual All-Star Game next year, but that likely won’t stop Nike from releasing this thematic Dunk High. Today we get our first official look at the forthcoming colorway, designed specifically for the 2021 All-Star Weekend.
The “All-Star 2021” Dunk High finds minty green tumbled leather and black patent leather coming together throughout. The silhouette’s accustomed Swoosh branding is present alongside, in addition to the Nike logos on the tongue and insoles, while a commemorative NBA All-Star insignia with the host city of Indianapolis, Indiana appears at the heel.
Indianapolis was originally chosen to host next year’s All-Star festivities, but due to the ongoing pandemic, the game and coinciding activities may very well be altered. Nonetheless, Nike’s Dunk High “All-Star 2021” is still expected to release, seemingly in February when NBA All-Star Weekend generally takes place.
This is all we have on the upcoming Dunk colorway for now, but be sure to check back here for additional info.
