Undeniably authentic, it’s her voice and electrifying sound that blends so naturally in this masterpiece. Her music has absolutely no boundaries which gives clarity as to how it managed to reign alongside some of the most cherished household names of today.
Usually when one celebrates charting a project on iTunes, it’s immediately following release, however recently, both Sasé’s “Unconditional 5.0” album and “Breathe” single both soared up the U.S. R&B/Soul iTunes chart surprisingly four years later and she’s more than elated. The album peaked at 66 while the single at 60 ranking both simultaneously in the Top 100 category.
The album features acts such as G LeBeaud from the Rude Boys, legendary keyboardist, Rodney Stepp from The Spinners and guitarist, Reggie Griffin, who has worked with iconic names such as the Isley Brothers, Boyz II Men, Toni Braxton, Aretha Franklin just to name a few. She’s recognized nationally for live cover performances of the late Whitney Houston, Gladys Knight, Diana Ross, Donna Summers and many more. Her persistence in music landed her a spot performing in Spain internationally with The Supremes for approximately seven months. She then toured nearly a decade with The Platters where she was able to open up for the legendary, Babyface. She caught the attention of her manager Sid “Uncle Jamz” Johnson and later signed to MECAP Music Entertainment in 2014. Her debut album was recorded and later released in 2016.
Sasé currently performs locally continuing to pursue her love for music. Her unexpected leap of appreciation from her fans revealed in 2020, that no matter how long it’s been since her first or latest project’s release, there is always someone out there who can bring it back to life.
“I want to be thought of as someone who left love and passion in the hearts of many and paved the way for other determined artists”.
