Samsung officially introduced the Galaxy Note20 and Galaxy Note20 Ultra during today’s first-ever Galaxy Unpacked virtual event. Billed as the most powerful Note series yet, the devices are designed to work like a computer and allow you to game like a pro.
Specifically, the Galaxy Note20 Ultra is characterized by its power and productivity, while the Galaxy Note20 is geared towards broader Note users who split their time equally between work and play.
The Galaxy Note20 series introduces a new S Pen and Samsung Notes features. According to Samsung, the advanced S Pen gives users more accuracy and responsiveness, while also bringing five new Anywhere actions into the mix. You can perform functions like taking a screenshot or returning to the home screen with the simple flick of the wrist.
Now, the Samsung Notes app boasts auto-save and syncing capabilities, allowing you to share your thoughts across your phone, tablet, or Windows 10 PC. And with new intuitive folder management, your information will always be organized.
Samsung is continuing its partnership with Microsoft, as you’ll be able to play over 100 Xbox games on your phone or tablet, beginning September 15. Furthermore, the Galaxy Note20 Ultra takes mobile gaming to the next level with its AI game booster, Bluetooth audio response optimization, and 240Hz touch latency. “The Galaxy Note20 series is a pro-gaming set-up that fits in your pocket,” Samsung proclaims.
The Galaxy Note20 series is equipped with the fastest processor of any Galaxy device. The Galaxy Note20 Ultra then incorporates Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and 120Hz refresh rate, delivering the brand’s best screen to date. It also features an all-day intelligent battery and Super Fast Charging capabilities, bringing you more than 50 percent charge in just 30 minutes.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note20 series releases in select markets on August 21. The Galaxy Note20 ($1,000) will be available in Mystic Bronze, Mystic Green, and Mystic Gray, while the Galaxy Note20 Ultra ($1,300) is offered in Mystic Bronze, Mystic Black, and Mystic White.
