Kanye West‘s latest album, Jesus Is King, has debuted at No. 1 on Billboard‘s Top Christian Albums and Top Gospel Albums charts.

The gospel album had already secured first place on the Billboard 200 chart, marking Kanye West’s ninth consecutive No.1 album and tying Eminem’s record. Following its release on October 25, Jesus Is King opened with 264,000 sales on the first week.

This is the very first time West makes an appearance on Billboard’s religious charts. However, other rappers have topped Billboard’s religious charts before him — last year, Snoop Dogg’s gospel album Snoop Dogg Presents: Bible of Love also debuted at No.1 on Billboard’s Gospel Albums chart.
