Anthony Ellison and Aljermiah Mack, two members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods who 6ix9ine recently testified against, have been found guilty of racketeering conspiracy, The New York Times reports. Additionally, Ellison was found guilty of kidnapping 6ix9ine, as well as maiming and assault, while Mack was also found guilty of conspiring to distribute narcotics. Ellison was acquitted on use of firearms and Mack on assault. The two will be sentenced in February and could serve life in prison.

Again, the guilty verdicts are largely a result of 6ix9ine’s three-day testimony in the racketeering trial. 6ix9ine was also reportedly a member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, an East Coast-operated set of the United Blood Nation street gang. Alongside the rapper, former gang member turned government witness, Kristian Cruz, testified in the trial. Cruz was admittedly once a five-star general in the gang.

News of the guilty verdicts arrives as 6ix9ine recently informed that he would turn down witness protection to resume his music career. For more on the rapper’s ongoing legal drama, follow here.
