Editor’s Notes: Slam Jam will soon be releasing the first in a series of collaborations with New Balance. For this particular drop, Slam Jam has customized the 990v3 through New Balance’s NB1 program.
Featuring classic Slam Jam colors, the collaborative 990v3 boasts an upper that is made to look unfinished. The sneaker is also outfitted with a custom silver insole and comes equipped with a special set of reflective, Slam Jam-branded laces.
The Slam Jam x New Balance 990v3 will be available in a limited run of 89, coinciding with the founding year of the retailer. The sneaker releases via online raffle October 9, followed by a hard launch October 12.
