Kanye West Is the Highest-Paid Rapper for the First Time Ever

Kanye West has finally toppled Jay-Z. For the first time, he beat his “Big Brother” and tops Forbes’ Highest Paid Hip-Hop Acts by pulling in an estimated $150 million in 2019. The YEEZY brand is expected to do $1.5 billion in sales, putting it half way to jumping over the Jumpman.

Hov came in second with $81 million, a large portion from his On The Run II tour with Beyoncé, while Drake snagged third with $75 million. Diddy took fourth with $70, thanks in large part to Ciroc, and Travis Scott had a career year at fifth with $58 million.
