Supreme Teases Collab With Legendary Reggae Artist Buju Banton

Supreme has teased an upcoming collaboration with Jamaican dancehall and reggae legend Buju Banton.

Banton is widely known for his significant work in Jamaican music. He released a number of dancehall singles as early as 1987, but came to prominence in 1992 with two albums, Stamina Daddy and Mr. Mention, the latter which became the best-selling album in Jamaican history upon its release. That year he also broke the record for #1 singles in Jamaica, previous held by Bob Marley. In 2010, he won a Grammy for Best Reggae Album for Before the Dawn.

As far as the collab, there’s no additional information as of now. Looking at Supreme’s recent Instagram posts, hints of a photo tee series, which we’ve seen numerous times in the past season with other famous musicians, has us expecting just that.
