Editor’s Notes: After unveiling its wild Arc Ace at New York Fashion Week earlier this year, Chinese brand Li-Ning has shared more information and detailed product shots of the sneaker via Instagram. According to Li-Ning, the Arc Ace’s design is inspired by fractal art and traditional Chinese carving techniques. The unique sole unit references a spine structure and is supposed to direct energy from the heel to the toe.

This isn’t the first eye-catching design Li-Ning has unveiled since debuting on the fashion week circuit. The Furious Rider Ace was the brand’s first design to make waves and a number of designs followed, but the Arc Ace is the second to get an official release, the information about which we’ll share as it comes.
