Editor’s Notes: Nike’s yearly Air Max Day celebrations are a big deal in the sneaker world. Last year saw the official wider release of Sean Wotherspoon’s incredibly popular Air Max 1/97 hybrid, while this year Nike’s On Air winners will be releasing their original creations in the coming months.
In addition to the On Air releases, Nike will be dropping a pack of Air-equipped sneakers that play on its cheeky “Have a Nike Day” slogan.
The collection comprises a mix of timeless Air Max icons, such as the Air Max 1 and Air Max 97, as well as the newer Air Max 270. The releases will be available in both men’s sizing, in addition to toddler and big and little kid’s sizing.
