Editor’s Notes: Kiko Kostadinov and ASICS are continuing their ongoing partnership with three new colorways of the Bulgarian designer’s GEL-Delva 1 sneaker. Vogue France unveiled the designs in a feature yesterday.
The silhouette previously dropped in fall-appropriate “Pine Green,” “Rosewood Brown,” and “Cement Black” in late 2018. The new colorways are much livelier and ready for spring.
The release follows Kostadinov and ASICS’ most recent GEL-Burz 2 drop, which consisted of a pack of three pottery-inspired kicks. Kostadinov is known to sneakerheads for his instantly recognizable design cues and the elevated quality of his ASICS collaborations.
Priced accordingly, each of his past projects has featured premium materials and looks, offering those with a hankering for dad shoes a tastefully elevated alternative.
Peep all three colorways above. According to Vogue, the sneakers will drop on January 18 at retailers such as The Broken Arm and Dover Street Market.
