Editor’s Notes: We previously covered BILLY Los Angeles as part of our Under the Radar series, where we put the spotlight on burgeoning brands looking to make an impact in the fashion industry. Creator Holly Jovenall grew up in Western Pennsylvania, and the 003 Season lookbook is a nostalgic look back at her hometown of Transfer.

The capsule comprises a standout denim duo, part of the brand’s new in-house denim line. Of the range they said: “Our denim represents a timeless uniform, updated and executed with modern lines, relaxed washes and natural fades.”
