Russell Horning aka Backpack Kid has joined the list of people currently attempting to sue Epic Games for the use of different dance moves in the video game Fortnite, CNN reports.
Horning has claimed ownership over the move “The Floss” or “Flossing,” which he has built a career on, and is now seeking compensation for the use of it in the game. The awkward thing is that Horning has acknowledged the dance in Fortnite before and is reported as once saying that its use is “not that big of a deal, I’m just glad it’s in the game.”
Horning joins rapper 2 Milly, who is suing for the use of his dance move “Milly Rock,” and Alfonso Riberio, better known as Carlton in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, who is suing for the game’s use of the “Carlton” or “Fresh” dance.
