When PROJECT trade show was founded in 2003, it offered buyers an unparalleled experience when it came to scouting the best menswear brands in fashion. Now, 15 years later, the show is stronger than ever and has since evolved with the fashion landscape, and is ready to debut its newest initiative during its spring show: a dedicated space for relevant brands, like streetwear labels, to flourish called N:OW.
More than just a space on the trade show floor, N:OW is part of a new vision for how trade shows can operate that emphasizes true collaboration between innovative brands, acting as an incubator of sorts to help stimulate creativity, free expression, and ultimately connecting communities on a deeper level.
The N:OW space is an immersive 360 experience that will feature 25 contemporary streetwear-focused brands both established and on the rise, including Alpha Industries, Defyant, Fairplay, Publish, and Rothco. The open space concept will feature custom brand installations, special talks moderated by Highsnobiety, a retail concierge, and even forecasting services from WGSN for buyers and brands to stay ahead of the curve.
N:OW is the natural direction that shows like PROJECT should be taking to engage with the streetwear community who’s been driving the conversation in contemporary fashion for so long. Swing by the N:OW space at PROJECT Las Vegas between August 13-15 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
