With line filled with military appeal, the collection takes inspiration from artists Joseph Beuys and Ellsworth Kelly, who both served in World War II, as Meier integrated aspects of their creative output into this lineup of apparel through usage of various materials and motifs.

Heavy felts are cut raw edge and lend strong, voluminous shapes to coats and shirts, while military uniform shapes are constructed from light silk organza to evoke the spirit of heavy utilitarian outerwear.

With the line boasting precise tailoring as well, overdyed and distressed outerwear made from Japanese micro-jersey adds texture and volume. In addition, motifs like wallpaper and postcard prints are used on removable quilted liners, sliced shirting, and the range of jackets, while shearling is also implemented on full outerwear pieces as well as signal trim details.

Furthermore, footwear is heavy and utilitarian featuring cutaway uppers which expose felt linings, in addition to laser-etched printing and piece constructed outsoles to round out the offerings.
