Samsung “Accidentally” Leaks Official Image of the Galaxy Note 9

This week we get our first official look at Samsung‘s new Galaxy Note 9, courtesy of none other than Samsung, seemingly in an error, however. After being posted on the company’s website, the image was quickly taken down, but not before a number of outlets grabbed the photo.

From what we see, the Galaxy Note 9 is considerably similar to the Note 8, featuring an S-Pen stylus, USB-C connector, headphone jack, dual camera, and fingerprint sensor, now positioned centrally below the cameras.

Following the image, specs for the Note 9 also leaked, revealing a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display, dual 12-megapixel camera on the back, 8-megapixel selfie camera, 4,000mAh battery, and 128GB of memory.

As it stands, the Galaxy Note 9 is not yet available for pre-order, although Samsung has launched a page to reserve a spot in line for ordering. Also, a visual teaser for the Note 9 has made its way online, also detailing the history of the Note.

Earlier this week Samsung debuted its $650 iPad Pro rival, the 10.5-inch Galaxy Tab S4.
