OMEGA is launching a new collection of watches, serving as reissues of an original design from 1913. The “First OMEGA Wrist-Chronograph Limited Edition” finds these 18 watches receiving refurbished Calibre 18’’’ CHRO movements that are over a century old.

More modern technology is also implemented on the wristwear, in addition to a hinge-back case, 15-minute counters, “Empire” hands, and a leather strap. The 47.5mm case and the Arabic numeral dial then point to a watch worn by aviators during World War I.

Lastly, the watch’s crown and pusher are done up in OMEGA’s 18K Sedna gold, as the crown is noted at 3 o’clock and the pusher at 6 o’clock.
