LeBron James might just be Nike’s most valuable athlete right now but it seems there are some things even Nike can’t get King James.
The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar was recently spotted wearing Chinatown Market’s Bootleg Swoosh 1970’s, a sneaker modelled after a pair of Chuck Taylors but featuring a hand-painted Swoosh on one side and the brand’s smily face logo on the other.
Chinatown Market confirmed that the pair James was seen in prior to Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors was a special edition 1-of-1 size 15.
WE MADE A SPECIAL PAIR OF SIZE 15 BOOTLEG SWOOSH 1970's FOR @KINGJAMES – WHAT WOULD YOU DO FOR A PAIR OF THESE? 🙂✌🏼✔️
The sneaker is currently not available on Chinatown Market’s webstore but, with a co-sign from King James, there are sure to be a fair few that would be interested in scooping up a pair too.
