Editor’s Notes: After being unveiled at Gucci’s FW18 showcase in February of this year, we now get a better look at one of the highlights of the show, the crystal strap-infused, extra-chunky trail sneaker that several models took to the runway in.

The mere fact that it stood out amongst the severed heads and miniature dragons that were featured in the show speaks for the strong, on-trend design.

The sneakers will be available for both men and women, with the black and green colorway available for both and women treated to several other colorways including a multi-colored iteration and an all-white version.

While the design itself is crazy and certainly played a part in catching our eye back in February, it’s the SEGA branding on the tongue that really makes this shoe. As the Italian brand shared on February 21, the branding is indeed used with permission of the classic gaming company.
