Following the very public beef between Kim Kardashian West and notorious leaker account Yeezy Mafia earlier in the year, the @theyeezymafia Twitter profile has now been suspended.
After Kardashian West called out the account for spreading misinformation with regards to her husband’s YEEZY footwear and apparel line, Yeezy Mafia lost its blue verification “tick” and has now been suspended entirely from the social media platform.
Yeezy Mafia had previously claimed that Kanye West invited buyers to an empty YEEZY Season 7 showroom because he “could not accomplish what he wanted to with the collection.” Kardashian West called them out, claiming that she had been wearing Season 7 apparel and that it definitely exists.
Upon being asked why popular fan page TeamKanyeDaily was not verified but Yeezy Mafia was, Kim Kardashian West replied with the below tweet.
Oh I’ve made calls…just wait https://t.co/WhuqHBGAGU

However, there is no evidence to suggest the businesswoman had anything to do with the suspension of the account.
One possible explanation is that Yeezy Mafia was hit with a DMCA takedown request for copyright infringement, as the account previously posted adidas product shots and paparazzi shots of both Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West.
An official statement has not been made by any parties involved.
