Lacoste and Supreme are teaming up once again on a velour-infused Spring 2018 collection. The co-branded line includes a number of velour track tops, varsity jackets, bags, and hats, as well as a velour reworking of the French brand’s iconic polo shirt.
As is customary, the collection will be available in-store at Supreme’s NY, Brooklyn, LA, London, and Paris locations at 11 a.m. local time as well as on Supreme’s webstore at 11 a.m. GMT and EST on April 19. Japanese Supreme locations and the webstore will see an April 21 release.
In addition, Lacoste’s e-stores in Europe and the United States will also be carrying the collection. The Lacoste e-store drop will go down on April 20, the day after the initial Supreme release.
This is one of the rare occasions that a brand collaborating with Supreme has released stock either in its own stores or online, as we saw with last week’s insane RIMOWA drop.

Consequently this is the situation right now. No one know what time the store opens. Some people in the queue haven’t got tickets. Others turned up this morning. #Rimowa #Supreme #London pic.twitter.com/lbCO2jInR2

Last Saturday, RIMOWA hosted an in-store release across some of its stores worldwide and the London drop was shut down by police as it got out of hand.
This could be why Lacoste chose to release the collection as an online-only exclusive. However, it will be interesting to see if Lacoste’s servers will be able to handle the influx of new customers, which could crash the site.
