Canada Goose has partnered with the FDNY Foundation to release a limited edition jacket inspired by the traditional uniform worn by NYC firefighters on the front lines. Furthermore, the outerwear “pays homage to the tactical and functional design that protects these heroes on the job and serves to celebrate these brave men, women and their families,” says Canada Goose.
Special patches chosen by the FDNY Foundation and designed by individuals who work there adorn the jacket, representing five different local firehouses.
You can look forward to “The Bravest Coat” ($695 USD) launching at Canada Goose retail locations in New York City, Toronto, London, and Tokyo, as well as on canadagoose.com, Friday, April 6. All proceeds will be warded to the FDNY Foundation to support initiatives such as fire safety education, training programs, and equipment needs.
For more outerwear, Stone Island just debuted a new water-resistant parka for spring.
